Welcome

Welcome to St. Patrick’s Home & School Organization!

Home & School is the name of our PTO, it is a volunteer organization that is committed to supporting the school administration, faulty, staff, and students. Our mission is to support the staff and parish community by nurturing our children’s academic, spiritual, and behavioral development. We welcome and encourage all St. Patrick’s School parents to join the meetings and get involved with our many volunteer opportunities.

Please mark your calendars for 2 important dates at the beginning of the year. The first meeting of the year will be Monday, August 21st at 2:00pm in the Parish Center, which is down the stairs when you first walk in the double doors that lead to the parish offices. On September 18th at 7pm we will have a brief meeting starting at 7pm in the school Cafeteria and then a social event to get to know one another to follow. More information will be sent out about the September meeting.

In order to provide funds for classroom parties for Halloween and Christmas, Catholic Schools Week, and other various programs and events, we will bill your FACTS account $35 per family per year.

Home and School’s largest fundraising event is the Fall Festival, which will be held on Saturday, August 26th starting at 5pm. Please plan to join us on for carnival games, bounce houses, cake walk, a BBQ contest, beer garden, live music, and more! To volunteer, buy tickets and arm bands, or donate to support the event, please visit
https://www.stpatselkhorn.org/fall-festival.html

Finally, be sure to represent St. Patrick’s School with pride and check out http://spiritwear.stpatselkhorn.org to purchase uniform pieces, mission shirts, and spirit wear for the whole family. We will also have opportunities throughout the year for you to shop our inventory from the Home and School Spirit Wear Trailer.

Gratefully yours,

Vice President Holly Christensen
Treasurer: Pam Mohan
Secretary: Sara Thielen
