Welcome

Welcome to St. Patrick’s Home & School Association!

Home & School is the name of our PTO and it is a volunteer organization that is committed to supporting the school administration, faculty, staff, and students. Our mission is to support the staff and parish community by nurturing our children’s academic, spiritual, and behavioral development. We welcome and encourage ALL St. Patrick’s School parents to join the meetings and get involved with our many volunteer opportunities. Please mark your calendars for two important dates at the beginning of the year. The first meeting of the year will be Monday, August 19th at 2pm in the Parish Center, which is down the stairs when you first walk in the double doors that lead to the parish offices. On Monday, September 9th at 7pm, we will have our second meeting, which includes a room parent meeting as well. In order to provide funds for classroom parties for Halloween and Christmas, Catholic Schools Week, and other various programs and events, we will bill your FACTS account $35 per family per year. Home and School has two fundraisers happening on August 24th! Start your morning with the Angel Run – a 5K and 1 mile fun run at Mount Michael with food trucks and prizes and then end the night at Fall Festival, which is our largest fundraising event. Fall Festival starts with 4pm mass, and then continues on the soccer field with carnival games, bounce houses, cake walk, a BBQ contest, beer garden, live music, and much more! To volunteer, buy tickets and wristbands, or donate to support the event, please visit https://www.stpatselkhorn.org/fall-festival.html. Finally, be sure to represent St. Patrick’s School with pride and check out our Spiritwear store (http://spiritwear.stpatselkhorn.org) to purchase uniform pieces, mission shirts, and spirit wear for the whole family. We will also have opportunities throughout the year for you to shop our inventory from the Home and School Spirit Wear Trailer.
We are SO glad you are a part of our amazing school community!
