2025-2028 Strategic Plan

St. Patrick's Catholic School went through a formal strategic planning process, engaging a broad spectrum of stakeholders in establishing aspirations, goals, and objectives.

The process yielded a plan that identifies the school’s highest priorities and guide its key actions for the next five years. The Strategic Plan will propel continuous improvement and mission advancement while ensuring accountability for progress and a consistent focus on pursuing the right ideals. It will serve as an active, living document that provides a barometer for accomplishment and a persistent reminder of key priorities.

Mission

A Strategic Planning Core team made up of Administration, SAB members, teachers and parents. Following the drafting of Aspirations, workgroups were organized to identify and develop relevant goals and objectives that ultimately need to be accomplished to successfully achieve the Strategic Plan. Below are the Core Aspirations & Strategic Objectives.

Objective: We are committed to discovering and nurturing the unique gifts of each student. Through tailored academic programs, innovative tools, and individualized support, we strive to create a community where learners can thrive, reach their full potential, and be prepared for high school.

Cultivating Exceptional Educators: Professional Growth and Innovation

Objective: We will create a culture of inspiration and innovation by providing educators with transformative opportunities for growth, collaboration, and well-being. By doing so, we empower teachers to excel in their craft and ignite a passion for learning in every student they encounter.

Telling Our Faith-Centered Story: Community Engagement

Objective: We seek to illuminate the stories that define who we are. Through authentic and vibrant communication, we aim to share the heart of our mission: faith, excellence, and service; uniting students, families, and alumni in our shared journey.

Building for the Future: Campus Transformation

Objective: We aim to transform our campus into a forward-thinking, sustainable hub for education that embodies our mission. Through visionary planning and sustainable growth, we will create a dynamic environment that fosters innovation, strengthens the community, and equips future leaders to thrive purposefully.

St. Patrick's Catholic School strives to teach as Jesus did by inspiring all to become their best spiritually, behaviorally, and academically.

Work

Broad input was requested from employees, students, parents, and our school advisory board throughout the 2024- 2025 school year. A Strategic Planning Core Team was assembled as a group representing all constituencies and charged with developing a draft Strategic Plan which was reviewed and approved by the School Advisory Board. April 11 – Strategic Plan core team meeting covering Aspirations and Goals
April 12-24 – Group met to set goals and objectives
May 8 –  Rough draft of the document
May 11 – Formal presentation of executive meeting
